A Lovely Gathering At The Warner

Dozens of friends and business associates joined together on Monday September 20th in the lobby of The Warner Theatre to celebrate the life, legacy and smile of Jane.

Stories, most punctuated with laughter, buzzed around the room, as everyone recalled her charm, business acumen, and friendliness.

Tasty food platters, fine bar service, and background music (featuring Jane's favorites) added to the celebretory vibe.

It was acknowledged by those present that love and respect for Jane is far-reaching and that there was a connection to her friends and associates who were unable to join in person.

A poem (with apologies to Jimi Hendrix) was read in her honor:

She's walking through the clouds,
With a circus mind that's running wild,
Butterflies and zebras,
And moonbeams and fairy tales.
That's all she ever thinks about.
Riding with the wind.

When we’re sad, she comes to us.
With a thousand smiles she gives to us
It's alright, she says it's alright,
Take anything you want from us,
Fly on little wing.

Please take us through your dreams,
inside your world we want to be.
Until tomorrow no tears will be shed.
Hold on till the sun gets out of bed.
Hold on, hold on. Sail on, sail on.

Silver wings silhouetted against the golden rose of today's sunrise

You'll never have to worry about this place;
Just wipe your weepin' eyes.

Fly on our little angel.
Fly on through the sky.
Fly on our sweet angel,
She’s got the wings to fly.
